Carrie’s Coffee is a vehicle for change — literally.

Our program offers:

  • Training — participants complete a nationally recognised barista qualification, with additional job-readiness training.

  • Paid Work — hands-on experience in a supportive, trauma-informed environment, with all necessary tools and PPE provided.

  • Employment Pathways — connections to long-term job opportunities and sustainable employment beyond the program.

Every coffee sold helps break cycles of disadvantage and fuels independence, dignity, and hope.
