You can call our phone line (02) 4934 2585 (for hours between 9:00 am - 4:30 pm) or our after-hours phone (02) 4933 1960 (4:30 pm - 9:00 am), and speak to our support staff, or alternatively, you can email to [email protected] and provide your details, we will either communicate with you via email or phone based on your specified preference. The intake workers will then make an appointment with you to assess your needs and link you in with the most appropriate supports.
An assessment can be completed onsite through a face-to-face assessment (based on the current COVID-19 restrictions, this may possibly change). This will allow the opportunity for Carrie's Place to assess your needs thoroughly and supply you with the best of support.

Temporary Accommodation may assist you whilst you are waiting to link in with our services. Link2Home is a 24-hour phone service for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
